Pokemon HeX validates every Pokémon against real encounter data from the games, so you know right away whether an edit produces a legal Pokémon.
Per-Pokémon legality
As soon as you edit a Pokémon, its legality is re-checked automatically. Illegal Pokémon are flagged with a badge showing what is wrong — an impossible move, an invalid encounter, mismatched ribbons, and so on.
One-click legalization
For most problems you do not have to fix anything by hand. Click the legalize action and the editor applies AutoMod: it adjusts the encounter, moves, ribbons, and other fields until the Pokémon passes the legality check while keeping your intent where possible.
Scan all boxes at once
Open the legality scan to check every Pokémon in every box in a single pass. The scan panel lists all illegal specimens and detected clones, so you can jump straight to each problem instead of inspecting slots one by one.
What legality means
A Pokémon that passes the legality check behaves like a normally obtained one. Still, never trade or battle online with obviously hacked Pokémon without the other player knowing — it can ruin their game and put your account at risk.
